# Los Angeles library reading windows: reusable factual data Original analysis by Alisson Bento. The scope is the Los Angeles Public Library city system, captured on 28 October 2026 local time (28–29 October UTC). These are published regular schedule facts, not a live finder or proof of actual operation. Check official branch and closure pages before a visit. Six CSVs and six accessible HTML sidecars retain all 73 records, all 511 day cells including 21 unknown cells, and all six reviewed notice interpretations. Empty values are not zero. Explicit closed rows have zero duration; their blank clock endpoints are not applicable. Three missing weekly grids remain unknown. The temporary Palisades service and Benjamin Franklin offsite pop-up do not establish restoration of the original buildings; an undated today notice stays undated. Run `python reproduce-analysis.py OUTPUT_DIRECTORY` with the adjacent `all-511-source-cited-day-cells.csv` and `source-notice-adjudication.csv`. Python standard library only; no network requests. The code validates the factual interval tokens against the published parsed minutes, validates all six notice-to-record links, and reproduces the four aggregate/record CSVs byte for byte. It does not recreate website capture or infer the notice interpretations automatically. The source factual input CSVs are retained unchanged. The six HTML files preserve exact CSV cell strings and order. Source identifiers, branch names, URLs, timestamps and code values stay canonical; native article labels are supplied separately. The source 18:00–20:00 chart uses all 73 directory records as its display denominator, with three unknown grids; zero Friday overlap is a statement about the 70 complete grids and does not mean zero Friday daytime service.
